Telephone interpreters

An interpreter acts as a real-time communicative link with your business partners abroad: receive assistance from an expert when developing your international relations.

During telephone interpreting, you will be connected into a telephone conference with your business partner and a consecutive interpreter. The latter will translate the spoken words consecutively, alternating between the speakers. Alphatrad also provides the option of making calls abroad on your behalf.

To do this, we employ specifically skilled interpreters to make the call for you. You are then informed of the conversation’s outcome. This service offers you more flexibility to overcome language barriers.

Questions can be explained quickly and simply, and time can be saved. We currently offer this service in English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese – other languages may be available on request.
